What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom parts?
At Xinprototype, no MOQ limit. Our accept orders start from one piece as a prototyping sample. Also, handle orders of 5,000+ parts for mass production. Therefore, it doesn’t matter if you need 1 pc for design testing purposes. Or 500 pieces for a batch volume. We’ll carefully review all details and recommend the best processing method to produce.
How fast can I get a quote?
Typically, A quote sheet will be sent to you within 24 hours, after receiving your 3D files. It includes unit cost of the part, shipping fee, and lead time. For complex projects, it may take a little longer, up to 48 hours. At the same time, if you have any questions about material selection and processes, we offer free engineering technical services.
Can you sign the NDA to protect my designs?
Yes, just let us know and we’ll sign an NDA, before you share any drawings. Your intellectual property and design are strictly confidential. We don’t disclose any customer information to others.
How long does it take delivery to my country?
Worldwide shipment via Express, such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The transportation time to Europe, The United States, Canada, Australia, and UK usually takes 3–5 business days. To the Middle East and other countries, 5- 7 business days. DDP options are available upon request.
Do you support one part with multiple manufacturing processes?
Yes, we do this regularly. For example, CNC milling combines sheet metal fabrication processes, vacuum casting a plastic part with an insert-metal CNC-machined part.
How do you ensure part quality?
All parts to be manufactured as per your drawings. Our team uses calipers and micrometers for dimension checks in daily work. CMM (coordinate measuring machines) in house are available for checking tolerance of high precision parts. Are able to provide inspection reports upon request. Meanwhile, manufacture environment meets ISO-level quality standards.
